Fully redone Dynon Panel

Removed old legacy steam gauges. Has fully redone panel with Dual HDX 800 Dynons, Autopilot 2 axis, Dynon radio, controller, Dynon Transponder, Dynon ADSB in/out, weather, external autopilot controls, external heading, baro, altitude knobs, Garmin 175 for IFR, fully integrated engine management.

Engine

Lycoming O320, approx 480 hours STOH, great compressions, uses 1 quart in 20 hours operation. Also, plane still has original contract to buy discounted engine through Vans when time comes, a huge bonus as this saves 30k plus K.

Very well built, assembled by a meticulous man in his 50's who was a model builder. 9/10 plus fit and finish on body. Nice paint scheme professionally done. LED lights, wig wags. Oregon Aero seats with custom red and white leather coverings. Full bearing conversions from antisplat on the wheels, no more packing hubs. Brakes, tires good. Will have fresh annual in December.

Airframe

This plane was gone over meticulously when I bought it 5 years ago. Prop was balanced, everything torqued, bore scoped, mags rebuilt, etc. Numerous antisplat upgrades including almost RV 14 mod, wheel bearings, stiffeners in landing gear, etc. Anything even slightly lacking was addressed. Since then I have put 300 + hours on it without event. She flies straight, and has better avionics than some airliners. It will fly you cross country on autopilot, automatically changing waypoints, and can couple IFR approaches to the autopilot using the Garmin 175. She cruises at 175 to 189 MPH depending on settings, with around 8 gph at altitude.

Super fun to fly, stable, easy to land, and gets you there over a distance quickly.

Only reason I am selling is because I bought an RV14 that came up. Never intended or really wanted to sell this plane as it is fantastic. A quality build.

Bottom line, it's a great RV for someone ready to buy one, and in fly across the country condition. Located at KCRG.
